This dessert features smooth red bean paste made from Hokkaido-grown azuki beans, wrapped in a warabi-mochi dough prepared with authentic bracken starch and Okinawan brown sugar, and dusted with aromatic Kyoto kinako. It can be enjoyed either after natural defrosting or by quickly defrosting in the microwave.
