Description
A miso ramen soup made without animal-based ingredients such as meat, seafood, dairy, or eggs. It combines the umami of powdered miso with the flavours of aromatic vegetables and kombu (kelp) for a rich taste. Sesame oil and shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chilli pepper) are added to enhance the flavour profile.
