A vegetarian-friendly dashi soy sauce made by adding a soup made from carefully selected kombu (kelp), dried shiitake mushrooms, and seven types of vegetables to regular brewed light soy sauce. It has a refreshing taste and is low in salt. It's great for use as a dipping sauce for hiyayakko (cold tofu) or ohitashi (blanched vegetables with soy sauce), and as a seasoning for various dishes. The narrow spout is designed for easy pouring.
