Description
This IPA, made with more than double the usual amount of malt and hops, is a rich, deep brown beer that delivers bold, citrusy and piney aromas, characteristic of a traditional and vibrant style. It is brewed with four types of hops: Citra, Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus. Despite its robust body, the beer perfectly balances its hop bitterness, making it surprisingly easy to drink, with an IBU of 70 that doesn't overwhelm the palate. The strong citrus and bitterness of this IPA pair wonderfully with spicy and herbaceous charcuterie such as p t , as well as with dishes from places like Taiwan and Singapore that feature spicy, aromatic flavors, such as those with star anise and other bold spices.
