This is 100% natural Tosakaori, the finest coloured seaweed from Japan have been manufactured and processed from the primary processing in Japan. It can be used for seaweed salad, sashimi knobs, vinegared dishes, and other side dishes. Since it is a salted product, please use it after desalting it with running water.
