Koshi Yutaka Rice is premium rice cultivated in the rich paddy fields using groundwater from Mekong Delta, the breadbasket region of Vietnam. Every year we send off a premium blend of Japanese rice seeds for the best output and cultivate the rice under the supervision of experienced Japanese farmers. To guarantee the best quality, we produce the rice using Japanese machinery, maintained by Japanese technicians. Normally Japanese rice is harvested once a year, but the rich nature in the Mekong Delta enables farmers to harvest Koshi Yutaka rice three times a year, allowing us to bring the freshest possible rice to your kitchen all year round.
