Description

A sake from the "Kubota" series, known for its crispness that stimulates the appetite. It is a mild and comfortable sake. Green notes on the nose, and celery and toffee notes on the palate with cumin kick and a faint of sweetness. Quite light body and clean / sharp acidity.
