Koikuchi soy sauce (dark soy sause) made using the traditional method of fermentation and aging in cedar barrels from the 'Marukin natural fermentation brewery,' which has been in operation for over 100 years. The resulting soy sauce contains complex amino acids and is full-bodied. It's an authentic soy sauce that hasn't changed for a century.
