Description
These soba noodles are made by adding Kyoto Uji tea powder to carefully selected wheat flour. The history of tea soba is said to date back to around 1700, during the Edo period in Japan. It has developed in Shizuoka and Kyoto prefectures in Japan, which are famous for their tea production. This product can be enjoyed with either cold or warm broth, allows you to savour the subtle aroma of tea, and is loved by health-conscious individuals.
