Yukari® is a multi-purpose seasoning made from red shiso (perilla) leaves that are finely chopped, seasoned and dried. It gives a refreshing sourness and aroma of red shiso. Only high-quality shiso that is strictly managed and supplied by contracted farmers are used. You can use it for rice balls, sushi, grilled fish, fried food, salad, spaghetti etc.
