Tamari soy sauce made from carefully selected soybeans and fermented and aged using traditional methods. It contains a higher proportion of soybeans compared to other soy sauces, resulting in a rich 'umami' flavour with an abundance of amino acids. When used as a dipping sauce for sashimi or sushi, it suppresses any fishy odours and enhances the umami taste.
