Honjozo Special Grade Tamari Soy Sauce' contains 1.2 times more amino acids than Koikuchi soy sauce. It is crafted using specially roasted wheat, resulting in a fragrant soy sauce. It can be enjoyed as a dipping sauce for sushi and sashimi, offering a more delicious alternative to your regular Koikuchi soy sauce.
