This citrus sake is created using Junmai Ginjo sake with a 60% rice polishing ratio. The rich and complex umami character of Japanese sake is beautifully balanced with the bright, fragrant and refreshing flavour of Japanese yuzu citrus.

Smooth and easy to drink, Ninkiichi Yuzu Sake offers a rich yet well-balanced taste, combining gentle sweetness, lively citrus acidity and an elegant yuzu aroma. Enjoy it well chilled, over ice, topped with soda water, or as a refreshing accompaniment to Japanese food.

It pairs particularly well with sushi, sashimi, grilled fish, seafood, light appetisers and desserts. The 500ml bottle is ideal for sharing at dinner, parties and special occasions.

Storage Information: Natural fruit components may float or settle inside the bottle. This is a natural characteristic of the product and does not affect its quality. Shake well before drinking.
