Description
It is made mainly from an extract of select red chilli peppers. Using a unique technique and manufacturing expertise, the spicy, flavourful and colourful extract is produced and then sesame oil is added. Use with the sauce of Chinese dishes like dim-sum, as a relish for soup noodles, a seasoning for meat and vegetable dishes, topping for sushi rolls.
