SOMI RAMEN SOUP PAITAN V is a concentrated Tonkotsu style ramen soup without any animal products for commercial use that can be made with only hot water. If you add together with a Chicken bone soup stock, the soup will become even more flavourful. If you dilute it with 8 times hot water, you can make 30 to 40 bowls of ramen soup with one bag. It is recommended not only for ramen but also for hot pot soup (10-fold diluted standard) or fried rice (25g for 300g of white rice).
