Description
The rich aroma of natural cedar further enhances the dish. By serving the dish on a sheet of paper, or by wrapping and baking the ingredients after moistening, the aroma of cedar is transferred to the ingredients and the flavour is improved. Typical exemplar dishes using cedar paper are wrapped and grilled barracuda and matsutake mushroom, steamed pomfret in cedar paper, as well as wrapped and grilled Spanish mackerel.
