Description
A concentrated broth made by combining the umami of shiitake and mushroom with kombu dashi, without using animal-based broth, resulting in a gentle flavor. Since it is a dilutable type, you can use it as a dipping sauce for udon noodles, for seasoning Japanese-style pasta, and as a base for various dishes.
