Description
Yutaka Udon Noodles are produced in Kano, Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan. The area is surrounded by mountains and close to the source of the Nishiki River which provides clean mountain water. The local artisans who make our udon use local spring water and select the best flour. No additives. Suitable for vegetarians.
