生産高の日本一「和歌山県みなべ」産の厳選した南高梅を使用したうす塩梅干し。天日塩で塩漬け天日乾燥したのち再度うす塩加工のため2度漬2度干しています。アミノ酸系調味料や保存目的の添加物、ビタミンB1などは一切使用しておりません。塩分5％で賞味期限は14か月。ふっくらと食べ応えのある３Lサイズを使用しています。
