Description
DAISHO Unagi Kabayaki Sauce is a seasoning made by adding the richness of brown sugar and Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido to dark soy sauce and finishing it with mirin and sake. It can be used as a teriyaki sauce or as a seasoning for boiled fish.
