Description

The “White” in Shiro Kirishima comes from white kōji. With zero sugars and zero purines, it is a sake recommended for maintaining good health. Kirishima Shuzo's most well-known brand, beloved by generations of shochu drinkers. A Honkaku Shochu using the ideal sweet potatoes and white koji carefully prepared with natural water. Respecting tradition but pursuing a further evolution, the flavour is always smooth and never grows dull. A smooth flavour that retains the full-bodied richness of sweet potato while offering a gentle aroma. We recommend enjoying Shiro Kirishima with hot water to enjoy the rich sweet potato aroma.
