
Description
Ebi fry (deep-fried breaded prawns) is one of the popular Japanese dishes that use panko breadcrumbs, alongside tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and korokke (croquettes). Coated in Panko breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown and crispy, Ebi Fry is a popular side dish and party food. It is also a favourite in bento boxes.
Cooking Instructions (1 of 2 methods):
① Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 4–5 minutes.
② Place 5 pieces in a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave (800W) for 1–2 minutes.
