Description
Yutaka Sushi Rice is short-grain rice suitable for making sushi at home. When cooked, the grains develop the soft, sticky texture needed to hold together well for sushi rolls, nigiri and other Japanese-style dishes.
The convenient 500g pack is ideal for trying homemade sushi or for smaller households. Once cooked and seasoned with sushi vinegar, it can be used for sushi rolls, nigiri and chirashi sushi, and it also works well for onigiri and everyday Japanese meals.
