Description
A young calf raised on grains, known for its tender and succulent flavour at around 16 months of age. Thinly sliced shoulder loin meat with a convenient thickness is perfect for dishes such as nikujaga (meat and potato stew), gyudon (beef bowl), sukiyaki, and hot pot. You can quickly defrost it by soaking it in water while it's still in the pack.
