Sake - Fruity / Aromatic

Delicate in style with upfront fruit and floral fragrances.Aromatic Sake is best experienced by serving cold.

Sake - Earthy / Mineral

High in Umami and grassy with nice structure.
It can be served as cold to enjoy its smooth and elegant character. It can be enjoyed as warm sake to enhance its Umami and full flavour.

Sake - Fresh / Crispy

Crisp, fresh, light to medium in body, with a clean finish.
Nice served chilled to showcase its character.

Sake - Rich / Mellow

Rich in aroma, medium to full body. Silky yet firm in texture.
Can be served at a wide range of temperatures, from super chilled, room temperature and warm.

Sake - Specials

Sake for the explorers! Unique and different from ordinary sake.
Infused sake can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks or with crushed ice.
Cloudy is nice to be served cold to enjoy its round and mild character.
Bubble is always good to be chilled in Flute glass.
