Iburi Gakko is a traditional smoked pickled daikon from Akita, known as one of the region’s signature delicacies. Daikon radish is pickled and slowly smoked in wooden barrels, giving it a distinctive smoky aroma and a crisp, satisfying texture unique to the Tohoku region. This is the convenient Half-Size (L) variety, ideal for home use or as a thoughtful gift.
