Description
Full of nutrients and easy to make, you can hardly go wrong with this packet of dried soba noodles. These noodles are made from a combination of wheat and buckwheat flours, giving them the smooth texture of wheat flour but the added nutrients of buckwheat flour. Best served cold with tsuyu soup.
