Description
秋田産あきたこまちの玄米です。一粒一粒がはっきりした、旨み・甘味・粘りがほど良いバランスのお米です。あっさりとした味わいで、どんな料理にも合います。玄米とは白米では除去される、胚芽やぬか層を含んだお米で、ビタミンやミネラル、タンパク質、食物繊維など多くの栄養素が含まれています。玄米1合150gを約2倍量（300ml）の水に4時間浸し炊飯すると、ふっくらとした「あきたこまち」の玄米をお楽しみいただけます。
