Korokke (croquettes) is one of the popular Japanese dishes that use panko breadcrumbs, alongside tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and ebi fry (deep-fried breaded prawns). Soft and creamy pumpkin croquettes made from unskinned pumpkin coated in a light crispy panko, perfect as a comforting and flavourful side dish, snack or to serve as party food.
Cooking Instructions (1 of 2 methods):
① Deep-fry from frozen in 175°C oil for 3–4 minutes.
② After thawing, place the items on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes.
