Yutaka Vegetable Gyoza are Japanese style dumplings. They are perfect as appetiser or party food. For best results, cook from frozen. To pan-fry, pour 1 tablespoonful of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the frozen gyoza and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 1 cup of water (about 60 ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with a lid.
