Description
The name “Shibazuke” comes from the colour of red perilla leaves, referring to a pickle with a purple hue. It is said to have originated in Kyoto, Japan.Pickled mixed vegetables, mainly cucumber and aubergine, with sugar & sweetener. You can enjoy its salty flavour with rice. Suitable for vegetarians.
