Made with locally grown Hinohikari rice from Kitsuki, Oita Prefecture, this premium Japanese sake offers a fragrant aroma, gentle sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish that lingers elegantly on the palate. Smooth yet expressive, it is the flagship sake of the Chiebijin range.
Internationally recognised, this sake received the Prestige “President Award” at the French Kura Master 2018 competition, most recently won the top award in the “Junmaishu” category at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2026, one of the world’s most respected sake competitions.
