愛媛県で取水した海水を日本の伝統的な塩田で濃縮し、愛媛県産のホンダワラ（海藻）を漬込んで煮詰めて作った塩。ほのかな海藻の香りがあり、和食全般相性は抜群です。おむすび、天婦羅の付け塩（特にかき揚げ）などにおすすめ。
