Description
鯛のみそ漬けは、鯛の淡白で上品な味わいに、味噌の深いコクと豊かな風味が加わった絶妙な組み合わせです。味噌の発酵による旨味と香ばしさが鯛の自然な甘みを引き立て、食べるたびに口の中で広がる豊かな味わいを楽しむことができます。味噌漬けにすることで、鯛に程よい塩味が加わり、全体のバランスが取れた一品に仕上がっています。

COOKING INSTRUCTION
魚は冷蔵庫で半日解凍するか、水道水で解凍してください。オーブンを170°Cに予熱します。魚をオーブンに入れ、焦げないように注意しながら約10分間焼きます。もしくは、フライパンで調理することもできます。
