ミツカン白菊は、１９５１年にお寿司に合う米酢として生まれました。今では国内の江戸前寿司店だけではなく、寿司が世界中に広がっていく中で、白菊も「ＳＨＩＲＡＧＩＫＵ」として、アジア、ヨーロッパ、アメリカなどに輸出されている、お寿司にぴったりの米酢です。米由来のまろやかな酸味と酒粕のコクがシャリに良く合います。長い歴史を通じ、お寿司屋さんの中ではすし用食酢の代表的なブランドとして浸透し、支持されています。ベジタリアン対応。GMO不使用。
