日本食研のから揚げ粉は、肉汁を肉の中に閉じ込め、衣はサクッとキレイな色に、肉はジューシーに仕上がります。また油もきれいに保たれます。 1㎏の肉に対し、200gのから揚げ粉と200mlの水と混ぜます。肉をから揚げ粉にくぐらせ、170〜180℃の油で約4分間揚げます。 1袋のバッターミックスで最大10kgの肉を調理いただけます。一度使えば、クセになること間違いなし！
