Description
「にじのきらめき」は、2018年に国の研究機関である農研機構が開発した新品種。虹のように多彩な特性を持つこと、ご飯の炊きあがりが艶やかであることから「にじのきらめき」と命名されました。コシヒカリと同等のおいしさで、お米の粒ひとつひとつが大きく、食べ応えがあります。その名の通り、ツヤのある美しい炊きあがりも特徴です。もっちりとした食感で粘りが強く、お米の甘みも強いので、濃い味のおかずにも負けません。また、おにぎりにしてお米そのものの味わいを楽しむのもおすすめです。日本では小売用と業務用の両方で３万トン以上使用されています。
