Important: Frozen Delivery during the Heat Wave

Due to the unusually high temperatures, delivering frozen products has become more challenging. While we pack all frozen items with plenty of dry ice, extreme heat may increase the risk of partial defrosting during transit.

If possible, we recommend scheduling your delivery for next week. If you already have an order scheduled to be delivered by 16th June, we may contact you to discuss postponing the delivery date. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates.

We are still happy to deliver on your preferred date this week. If so, please place any frozen items in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

If products arrive partially defrosted, we recommend consuming them within 24 hours. Fully defrosted items should not be refrozen, while slightly defrosted items should remain safe if handled appropriately.
